Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be happy with Resume Matcher. This policy explains cancellations and refunds for paid subscriptions (Pro and Max). Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record.

Free plan

The Free plan is free forever and requires no payment.

Cancellation

You can cancel a paid subscription at any time from your account or by emailing us. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and is not renewed afterward. You keep access to paid features until that date.

Refunds

If you're not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of your initial purchase or a renewal charge and we'll refund that payment, provided the account shows minimal usage for that period (as a guide, fewer than 5 paid actions). Refunds are issued to your original payment method via Dodo Payments and typically take 5–10 business days to appear.

We may decline refunds in cases of evident abuse (e.g., heavy usage followed by a refund request, or repeated refund claims).

Failed or duplicate charges

If you were charged in error or charged twice, email us and we'll refund the incorrect charge in full.
